50 Lb bag of Briess Pilsen Dry Malt Extract. A light colored dme which can be used for many beer styles. Color is 1-3 deg L. at 8 deg plato. This malt extract will yield 1.043 points of specific gravity per pound per gallon. Made from Briess base malt and carapils.
