Blichmann Engineering Weldless installation bimetal thermometer. Three inch dial, 60-220 deg F., adjustable face. Face gives ranges for chill, dough-in, protein rest, starch conversion rest, lautering and boil. Three inch stem.

* Requires drilling a 1/2 inch hole for installation.
