This kit produces a golden colored beer with lots of Saaz hop flavor and aroma. An excellent example of the Pilsner style. Commercial examples are Pilsner Urquell, Budweiser Budvar(czechvar in the US).
The kit includes malt syrup, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablet, and instructions. It require a 35-45 minute boil. It produces 5 US gallons. If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2124 or #2112. Makes 5 US gallons. Statistics Est. OG 1.047, Est SRM 3, Est IBU'S 37. Potential Alcohol 4.7 ABV.

* Bohemian Pilsner is best fermented at lager tempatures between 50- 55 deg F., but will also do well when fermented at ale temps.
