Description

Bentonite fining agent. Can be used for wine or beer (mix with polyclar for beer). Use 1-2 tsp per 5 gallons of wine. Mix bentonite and 1 cup of warm water in a blender. Mix for 2 minutes until bentonite is suspended. Let sit for 24 hours. Then, mix again and add to wine. One disadvantage of bentonite is the sediment tends to be a bit fluffy.
