Belgian Wit: All Grain

A Belgian style wheat beer similar to Hoegarden Wit or Blue Moon Wit. We include Belgian orange peel and coriander to provide the unique refreshing spiciness.

47% Belgian wheat malt provides a crisp dry finish. OG is 1.050, IBU 18 and SRM 3.5. Wyeast #3944 is a perfect match.
