Grape and Granary's all-grain Saison ale. Originally a seasonal summer style ale produced in Wallonia. Brewed at the end of the cool season to last through the warmer months. Still brewed in small farm house breweries today. The recipe is a combination of Pilsen and Vienna malts, oats, wheat and clover honey. Two types of orange peel and coriander seed add to the overall complexity.
For authenticity, use Wyeast #3724xl. Makes 5 US gallons. Similar to Saison Silly, Saison Dupont and Ommegang Hennepin.
