Grape and Granary Advanced Belgian Abbey Dubbel Beer recipe.
This all-grain recipe consists of 80% Pilsner, 5% Munich, 2% Aromatic, 4% Caramunich and 2% Special B. It also includes one pound of Belgian dark candi sugar. The recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. European hops (fuggle) contribute the bitterness.
OG 1.067, IBU 29, and SRM 14 . Kit includes grains, hops, candi sugar, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast (S-33). If you prefer liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1214 or #3787.
