Grape and Granary all-grain Advanced American Amber Beer recipe. This award winning recipe consists of 84.5% American pale ale malt, 14.9% English crystal malt and a touch of chocolate malt 0.6% . There is 10.06 lbs of malt total with generous amounts of Willamette and Cascade hops for flavor and aroma. Amber in color. Similar to Anchor Liberty Ale.
This recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.050, IBU 35, SRM 14.3. Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If you prefer a liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1056 or #1028.
