The new "Alcobase Extreme 23%" turbo yeast is based on a new 2006 fermentation technology using activated carbons and bentonites. It can produce a wash at 23% alcohol made with water and corn sugar.

Home alcohol producers can make higher alcohol liqueurs and spirits without distillation, and enable home distillers to increase their distillation proofs using less energy. One package is sufficient for 25 liters or 6.5 US Gallons.
