The SRM 2-6, 1.040-1.080 OG, Finish Balanced version of ACCUmash is calculated for a light golden to a light amber colored ale or lager. It is designed to accentuate the flavor and aroma profile of a moderately malty to lightly hopped beer. It is perfect for styles such as:

Light lager

Wheat

Wit

Pilsner

Blonde

Cream

Belgian beers like a Saison or Belgian pale

For beers close to this version of ACCUmash, it will almost always put your pH in the desired range and has all the minerals needed for yeast health.
