Any good maple sap wine recipies out there that anyone would like to share? I tapped my maple tree tonight about 2 hours ago and I already have about half a gallon in my bucket. Some folks where I work tell me it makes great wine so I thought I would give it a try. I was also wondering if the brewers yeast that they sell in the grocery store would work very good for making wine.
