Prior to bottling

What are the specific steps? I have wine that's stable and ready to be bottled. I'd like to back sweeten it. In what order and how much (per 5 gallon carboy) do I add campden, ingredient to stop further fermentation, etc. Do I stir in the sugar? How long do I wait between each step?

The steps can all be done right after each other. No need to wait. Be sure to stir the sugar in well. Campden is one per gallon. Sugar is to taste. I think pot sorbate is 1 tsp per gallon but check the label
