So I bought one of your Winexpert Reserve kits - Valpolicella. I wanted to experiment a little and try to carbonate a few of the finished bottles. What would be the best way to do this? Thanks!

Put 1-3 tsp of sugar into a champagne bottle, rack the wine into the bottle and seal it with a champagne stopper. Give it a month or so to carbonate.
