I got a couple of buckets of California juice last weekend. We let them come to room temperature, added yeast. We bundled them up and put them on a heating pad, it has been four days and neither bucket has stared to ferment yet. I'm starting to think something is wrong. Should I stir the juice, add a yeast nutrient or just be patient?
