niagara grape wine

I will be making a 5 gallon batch of niagara grape wine. The recipes I look at tells how many lbs. of grapes to use but not how much juice to use. Most recipes says to use the juice but they are not adding any water. If I make a 5 gallon batch do I use all juice?

If you have made wine from fresh grapes before and you have enough fruit, I sugguest doing all juice. You can add water to it, but with this your wine may not be as good as all juice.
