I have a question. I've made if based the primary ferment, secondary ferment and it's been three months in the tertiary fermenter. I will not be chillproof or filtering the wine. I was hoping to bottle today. When I went to transfer to the wine bottles for corking the wine bubbled as if it was still fermenting. So I racked the wine one more time into a 5 gallon carboy capped by a airlock stop. What do I need to do to finalize this batch and get it ready to bottle?
