homebrewer trying wine making question?

The wine was cleared and stabilized on October 3rd. I still have not had a chance to bottle the wine and it's over the recommended 2-3 weeks. (by November 14, in about 3 days it will be 6 weeks total time) Will this cause any problems?

As long as it is topped up (no air space) it should not be a problem at all.

Beerman,

I just bottled a Costal Red last weekend. What an easy, cost effective way to get great wine. In about a month wine was crystal clear, with great color and actually quite drinkable at bottling. Can't wait to see what a little age does for it. Having tried Sun Country a couple times with somewhat dissappointing results, I am a believer in the Vinters kits. Just my 2 cents.

I'll second that,
The sample I tasted at bottling was very good. Even the small amount that did not go through the stabilizing clearing step or the whipping (1/2 gal. growler) bottled and sampled is tasting nice. The family liked it as well.
