Grain 2: .5 lbs Crystal 10 deg lovi
Grain 3: 1 lb German Munich Malt
Grain 4: 1.25 Carapils Malt

Hop Schedule: 90 minute boil

Bittering Hops: 4.1 HBU'S Hallertau Pellets (60 Minutes)

Flavor Hops: .75 oz Hallertau or Spalt Pellets (30 Minutes)

Aroma Hops: .25 oz Hallertau or Spalt Pellets (15 Minutes)

Yeast Strain

Strain: #2206 or #2042

Mash and Ferment Schedule

Mash Water qty and Strike Heat: 3.4 Gallons at 137 deg F

Protein Rest: 30 min at 131 deg F

Sacrafication Rest 1: 150-153 for 60-90 Minutes

Mash Out Time/Temp: 168 deg F for 5 Minutes

Sparge Water qty and Temp: 5-6 Gallons at 168 deg F

Primary Ferment Time and Temp: 10-14 Days AT 47-54 deg F

Secondary Ferment Time and Temp: 2 Week at 35-45 deg F
