Add'l Dry Malt Extract: 2 Briess Amber Malt
Add'l Bittering/Flavor Hops: 1/4 oz Cascade (2 HBU'S)
Water Salts: none * The above ingredients should be boiled together in a couple of gallons of good tasting dechlorinated water for 20-30 minutes Finishing Hops: 1/4 oz Cascade Hops + 1/4 Willamette
*Add Finishing/Aroma Hops 2-5 minutes before end of boil
*Cool Wort in the boiling kettle to 120-130 deg F..Pour into fermenter and top up to 5 gallons with cold dechlorinated water. pitch yeast when wort temp is at or below 75 deg F..
Yeast Strain: 10 g of high quality dry ale yeast or Wyeast#1056
Fermentation temp: 60-75 deg f
Primary fermentation time: 3-5 days
Secondary fermentation time: 5-7 days
